Inventory information is generally available on the Site for domestic (U.S.) merchandise. However, we cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. You may return any products ordered from this website with original receipt from Elariia.com, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Delivery Options
Elariia.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Elariia package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.
Standard Shipping
" Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
" Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.
Second Day Service
" Second Day orders placed will be processed and shipped the next business day.
" Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.
" We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations and Canada are not eligible for Second Day Service.
Overnight Service
" Orders placed will be processed and shipped the next business day. depending on product availability.
" Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.
" We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
